2. Products and availability
We sell floor-matching vent covers in the sizes, finishes and specifications shown on the applicable product page. Product images are provided to help show appearance and use, but screens, lighting and flooring materials can affect how colours and finishes appear.
Products, prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, description or availability error. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Sizing and flooring inserts
Product sizes refer to the nominal duct opening, not the outside dimensions of the old register or the finished vent frame. Remove the existing cover and measure the clear inside width and length of the opening before ordering.
The matching flooring insert is not included. You are responsible for supplying, cutting and fitting a compatible piece of tile, wood, vinyl, laminate, stone or other suitable flooring material. Review the product specifications before ordering and installation.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other checkout costs are displayed before the order is submitted. Payment must be authorized using a payment method accepted at checkout.
5. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable inventory, an incorrect price or an address we cannot service.
