Refunds and Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in its original condition with all parts and packaging included. Items that have been installed, cut, modified, damaged after delivery or returned incomplete may not be accepted.

How to request a return

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Do not send a product back until return instructions have been provided.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the product securely. Vent Covers Canada is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in certain cases, including approved returns that require additional inspection, repackaging or handling. Any applicable deduction will be communicated as part of the return review.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
