Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout when the service is available for the destination.
Shipping carriers
Orders may be shipped with UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or another suitable carrier. The carrier is selected according to the destination, package size and available service.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, weather, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Choosing expedited shipping reduces carrier transit time where available but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping address
Please review the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it will be provided using the contact information entered at checkout. If an order arrives damaged, appears to be missing or contains the wrong item, please contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
